DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the Sth day of November, 1975,
and the Court having given full consideration ta all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relationship of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between GEORGE
BROOKS, Husband and MARY BROOKS, Wife be, and the same is hereby
dissolved,and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed

' from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and

~ from the obligations arising therefrom. - -

i 2. CUSTODY. 1'liat the Respondent, MARY BROOKS, be awarded

permanent custody of the four minor children of the parties with

reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Husband, GEORGE
BROOKS .
