This cause came on for trial the J-day of ~ ,
197~_and the Court having given fu11 considerat on o a the
evi ence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of
the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of
husband and wife noM exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between th~ parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
1. The Marriage between ROBERT ELLIOT RABY, JR. 8nd
ELNORA MAY RABY be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. ELNOfiA MAY RABY be and she is hereby authorized to
assume her former name of ELTIORA MAY MARSH and to use the same
in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. Each of the parties is hereby en~oined and restrained
from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
