SMITH, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 4th day of November, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence finds and determines: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~ and the subject matter of this suit; that the relatiOn of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is therefore ORDERED as follows: 1. The Default entered by the Clerk of this Court on October 23, 1975 against the Husband, BERNARD A. SMITH, is ratified ~ . i and confirmed. - ~ E ~ 2. The marriage between BERI~TARD A. SMITH and MARY E. SMITH € ~ ~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of • ~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore ~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. ~ 3. Custody of BRIAN OTTO SMITH and DAVID ~NRY SMITB, minor ~ children of the parties, is hereby awarded to I~lARY E. SMITH with ~ ~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to BERNARD A. SMITH. s 5 ~ 4. Commencing the 7th day of November, 1975, BERNARD A. f ~ ~ SMITH shall pay to MARY E.
