Each payn~nt shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARY B. SMITB, at 1512 Valencia Avenue,

Fort Pierce, Florida 33450. In addition there'is hereby assessed
the sum of $1.00 statutory costs to be aaaea to each payment made
to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order or -
cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk
of this Court advised of their mailinq and residence addresses at
all times while this Order is in effect.
5. The Court determines that the Wife, MARY E. SMITH, has
a one hundred percent (100%) special equity in the home of the
parties situate on Lots 18 and 19, Block 1, Paradise Park Addition,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 8 at Page 36 in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida. Within ten (10) days hereof,
the Husband is ordered to execute a quit-claim deed to the Wife on

6. The Court determines that the 1968 Chevrolet 2 door
' automobile ID# 164478T255413, Florida Title Number 8158445, 1975

t Florida license tag number 24W5275 is the sole property of BERNARD

~ A. SMITH and that MARY E. SMITH has no interest therein. MARY E.

SMITH is ordered to execute those documents necessary to transfer
title to BERNARD A. SMITH.
~ 7. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
~ parties hereto is
~ retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
