FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the 5th day of November. 1975,
and the Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: this Court has 3urisdiction of the parties
and the sub3ect matter of this action; that the relationship of
husband and wife now exists between the Petitioner and Respondent
and their marriage is irretrievably broken. It is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Peti-
tioner, CLARICE VERA WADSWORTH, and the Respondent, ROBERT C. WADSWOATN,
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them
are forever freed from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. The Petitioner be and she is hereby
authorized to ass~e her prior name of CLARICE VERA HICKS and to use
the same in all respects as if the marriage to Respondent had not
• intervened.
