FINAL J[JDG~MENT OF DISSOLiJTION OF MARRIAGE . , This cause coming on for final hearing, the Court havinq considered the Petition, the Answer, the written Separation Agree- ment between the parties hereto, executed and acknowledged by them on the 23rd and 24th days of October, 1975, the Court havinq heard the-evidence offered by the Wife; the Husband havinq been present and having been represented by Raymond E. Ford, his counsel of record, at the final hearinq herein; and the Court, beinq otherwise fully advised in the premises, finds that the marriage'between the i ( parties hereto is irretrievably broken and that a reconciliation ~ ( cannot be made between the parties~, and it is, upon consideration, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follaws: l. DISSOZUTION OF MARRIAGE: That the marriage between GERALD R. CASSENS and JOAN M. CASSENS, be, and the same is hereby, dissolved and the parties, and each of them, are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliqations arising therefrom. 2.
