This cause coming on to be heard on Petition of CLIFFORD

C. MC MILLON, SR., a~ natural guardian of the minor, CLIFFORD
C. MC MILLON, JR., and the Eourt having taken testimony.and
considering said Petition finds that it is in the best
` interest of the aforesaid minor that the settlement set
forth in said Petition be approved and that the attorneys'
fees and costs requested in said Petition be authorized.
It is therefore,
- ORDERED that said settlement is approved and the father
and natural guardian of said minor is hereby authorized to
pay the aforesaid attorneys' fees and costs and to execute
the necessary papers to conclude said settlement.
