WHEREAS, Marine is willinq to release Harbor from
all of its liabilities and obligations under the Mortqage Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE. Marine, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)~and other valuable considerations,
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby aqrees as follows:
1. Marine does hereby release and discharge Harbor
from all liability, obliqation and responsibility arising
out of or under the Mortgage Deed, including, without
limitation, the payment of the Promissory Note.
2. Marine does hereby agree that from and after
the Date hereof the word "Mortgagor", wherever used
in the Mortgage Deed and the word "maker", wherever
used in the Promissory Note shall be construed and
deemed to mean Harbor Branch Foundation, Inc.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Marine has caused these presents
to be executed in its name, and its corporate seal to be~hereunto
affixed, by its proper officer thereunto duly authorized, the
day and year first above written.
