This cause was heard upon the verified Petition for Adop-
tion filed in this cause and the consents of Ethel J. Perrucci,
a/k/a E. J ean Perrucci, the natural mother, Robert J. Wilchek,
the husband of DOROTHY WILCHEK, Adoptee and, Josephine Underhill,
the wife of 0. JOHN UNDERHILL, Adoptee, to t-he adoption by the
Petitioner-step father filed herein said Petition designating
~I natural mother's relationship and step father's relationship and

f step father's marriage to natural mother, and the natural father

being deceased, and it appearing Co the Court that the Petitioner
is a fit and proper person to adopt the adults sought to be adop-
ted and that the best-interests of the adults will be promoted by
the adoption and that the adults are suitable for adoption by
Petitione r, MICHAEL P. PERRUCCI, and being otherwife fully advised
in the pre9mises, it is
ADJiI~GED that the adults known as 0. JOHI~I UNDERHILL and
~ DOROTHY WILCHEK are declared to be the legal children of the
~ Peti.tioner MICHAEL P. PERRUCCI, and will con tinue to be known as

0. JOHN UNDERHILL and DOROTHY WILCI~K, respectively, and it is
ADJUDGED that these adults shall be the children and legal
