4. That there is further due said Plaintiff a reasonable
amount for attorney's fees for the payment of the Plaintiff's attorney

to be a reasonable amount for attorney's fees, which is in addition to
the amount set forth in Paragraph 3 above, and all additional costs of
this suit to be taxed by the Clerk herein plus all other costs of this
proceeding, which amount is secured by the lien of said mortgages.
