DISS UTI N OF MARRIAGE
This cause havinq came on for trial the 5th day of
November, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration
to a21 the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;
and the parties to this action having personally appeared before
the Court for this trial and the Court having heard the testi-
mony from the Wife, her witness and the Husband and finding that
the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DZSSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
MARILY HANDY, Wife, and ROBERT A. AANDY, Husband, be, and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them .
are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
' existing between them and from the obligations arisfng therefrom.

; 2. fRESTORATION OF NAME. MARILYN HANDY be, and she
i
~ is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MARILYN MILLER

~ and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had
~ not intervened.
