or enjoyment of said par~els of land, will
be located or constructed by the owners on
said parcels of land and provided further,
that the owners shall not excavate any
portion of the right-of-way without written
permission of the Petitioner, which per-
mission shall not be unreasonably withheld
by the Petitioner. Reserving further to
the owners, as to each of the parcels above
described, the right to construct roads,
canals, culverts or underqround utility
facilities at their own cost and expense,
across the parcels of land above described
except such road, canal,culvert or under-
. ground utility facilities as may interfere
with the st=uctures or facilities or both
or access to said'structures or facilities
constructed or installed by the Petitioner,
provided further that no such construction
of roads, canals, culverts or underground
utility facilities shall be made without
written permission of the Petitioner, which
written permission shall not be unreasonably
withheld.
