THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon Motion of the
Plaintiff, and the Court being advised in the premises, upon
consideration thereof it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows:
1. That due and legal service has been had upon the
Defendant in this cause; that JOHNNY B. WILSON and BETTYE J. WILSON
failed to file or serve their answer and/or other pleading within
the time required by law; that the defaults heretofore entered
in this cause against them are hereby ratified and confirmed;
that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties in this cause

' and the subject matter thereof; that the allegations contained

~ in this Complaint have been proved by competent evidence and that

i the equities in this cause are with the Plaintiff.

~ 2. That the mortgage sued upon by the Plaintiff in this
~ cause constitutes a first lien upon the property hereinafter
~ described, and that said mortgage is in default as alleged in the
