provided, however, that the Plaintiff may bid at such sale ai~d
shall be given credit ag~inst such bid up to the amount due the ~
Plaintiff u~der this Final Judgment in lieu of cash.
7. That out of the proceeds arising from the sale of
the property herein ordered to be sold, the Clerk shall retain
his fee and shall pay to the attorney for the Plaintiff the
at~orneys' fee herein allowed; that out of the remainder of the
said proceeds as far as the same shall apply, there shall be paid
to the Plaintiff herein the sums heretofore p,rovided together with
costs of this suit advanced by the Plaintiff, and if said property
shall sell for more than enough to pay the Plaintiff the aforesaid
sum with interest thereon, the Clerk shall report said overplus to
this Court for the Court's further order; that in the event the
amount realized at such sale be insufficient to pay the total of ~
the several amounts herein ordered to be paid, the Clerk shall
report such deficiency to this Court for such further orders as
the Court shall deem proper.
8. That upon the sale being had in accordance with Florida
Statutes, and upon the Clerk filing the Certificate of Sale, and
upon the Clerk fi,ling the Certificate of Title as provided by-law,
the sale shall stand confi.rmed and the Defendants and all persons

` claiming by, through and under them shall be forever barred and

; foreclosed of any and all equity or right of redemption in and to

~ the above-described property, and the purchaser at said sale or
~ the purchasers, their heirs, representatives, successors or assigns

~ shall without delay be let into possession of the said premises so

€ conveyed. "
; 9. That upon the request of the Plaintiff, its attorneys
; or agents, the Clerk of this Court is hereby authorized and directed

to deliver to Plaintiff or its Attorn-ys or agents the original

€ mortgage note filed as an exhibit in this cause, upon the substi-
