TEMPORARY R$LIEF ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming to be heard upon November 5, 1975 upon
the~Wife's prayer for temporary relief, and the Court having heard
testimony of the Husband and the Wife and argument of counsel, and
the Court being advised in the premises, ~
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED as follows:
1. The Husband, JAMES W. FAIR, shall remove himself from
the home of the parties at 70I South 33rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida
by 9 o'clock P.M. every evening. ,
2. Custocly of JAMSS ROY FAIR, minor child of ,the parties is
awarded parties jointly, but the minor child shall remain in the
home at 701 South 33rd Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and the parties
shall make every effort to maintain a normal environment for the
minor child.
` 3. Each of the parties is hereby enjoined and restrained from

~ interferring with, harassing or annoying the other and the Sheriff

~ of St. Lucie County, Florida is hereby directed to take any and

4. The Husband is required to continue making the household
; and family payment which he has been making and to provide food
