PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CI7Y BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of Amerlca, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Pub11c Records of St. Lucte County, Florida,
encwr~bering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has r~quested First National
City Bank to r~lease the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage; _
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Fift & 00 100

dces rem se, re ease, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
