MOTION FOR DEFAULT
The Clerk of the above entitled Court will please enter
~ a Default against RACO DISTRIBUTORS, INC., a Florida corporation,
for its failure to serve a copy of its Answer or other written
defenses to the Plaintiff's Complaint upon the Plaintiff's
attorneys, NOHRR AND NOHRR, and to file the original thereof
in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within the
time prescribed by law, to-wit: November 4th, 1975.
