Notice is hereby qiven that a uit was instituted in the above ~

Plaintiffs against the above named Defendant~•
The property involved is that certain lot, parcel or piece of _
land and personalty located thereon, situate, lying and being in
St.Lucie Cownty, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
Lots 1, 2 and 3, in Block 30, of SUNLAND GARDENS SUB-
DIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 8, at Page 32, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; together with the improvements
thereon and all furniture, fixtures and equipment con-
tained therein, replacements thereof and additions
thereto. -

~ ~ The relief sought in and by said suit is the foreclosure of a

~ certain mortgage given by JAMES A. WILLIAMS, and WARENE P. WILLIAMS,

~ in the office of the Clerk of the above Court; the decreeing of a sale
~
Q of said property under the direction of said Court, in default of the
~ payment of the amount found to be due the PlaintiffS under said

~ mortgage; and for other and further relief.
