R E L E A S E
For and in consideration of the swn of $1,200.~0
paid by NAROLD D. PARKER to MARTHA PARKER, the undersigned hereby
releases HAROLD D. PARKER from all obligations to pay her the
sum of $400.00 per month support as set out in that Stipulation
and Agreement dated the 27th day of July, 1973, and by reference
incorporated in the Final Judg,ment Dissolution of Marriage entered
by this Court on September 6, 1973.
It is further agreed, that the former Wife, MARTHA
PARKER, shall bring no action in any Court to seek enforcement
of the support provisions of the Stipulation and A~reement, nor
will she bring any action to collect any arrearages allegedly ~
due under the supnort provisions of the Stipulation and Agreement,
nor will she bring any nroceedings to modify or in any way alter
the suvport provisions of the Stipulation and A~reement as incor-
i porated by reference in the Final Judgment Dissolution of Marriage.
