AMENDMENT TO MORTGAGE
WHEREAS, AQUA R.ABELLA, INC. , a Florida corporation, gave ~
.
a mortgage to JENSEN BEACH BANK, a Florida banking corporation, said
mortgage being dated Marc'h 15, 1973, and recorded in Official Recorda
Book 212, Page 1061, St. Lucie County, Florida, public recorda,
and
WHEREAS, said mortgage was securing a note of even date in
the amount of $172, 500. 00, payable on or before November 18, 1975,
and
WHEREAS, the Parties are desirous of extending the time for
payinent under said note.
NOW THEREFORE, the Parties, for and in consideration of
One Dollar ($1. 00) and ather valuable considerations paid to the
JENSEN BEACH BANK, do hereby amend the said note to be payable
on or before January 19, 1976.
IN ALL OTHER RFSPECTS, said mortgage and note are hereby
ratified and confirmed.
