FEE, IIY, who, after being by me first duly sworn, upon oath say: That affiants were the attorneys for the respective parties in that certain real estate transation culminat- ~ ing in a warranty deed dated May 28, 1970, wherein THOMAS R. MANN and BRENDA MANN, his wife, conveyed the above described property ~ to CHARLES W. CROOKS, with such deed being recorded in O.R. Book 184, at page 2579 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Flor~.~ia; affiants further state that, at the time of the afore- mentioned sale, a mortgage originally given in favor of Palm Beach Mortgage Company, recorded in Mortgage Book 154, at page 60, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbered said I~ property and that said mortgage, by virtue of an assignment of f ~ same dated June 16, 1959, was then owned by FEDERAL NATIONAL MORT- - t ~ ~ GAGE ASSOCIATION; affiants further state that LON WORTH CRO'W COMPANY was the mortgage servicer on said mortgage held by ~ FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION at the time of consummation E ~ of the aforementioned sale and that the reference in the deed ~ ~ mentioned above that it was given "Subject to a mortgage to IAN ` WORTH CROW COMPANY which Grantees assume and agree to pay" was ~ ~ in error as there was not, in fact, a mortgage encumbering said ~ property held by LON WORTH CROW COMPANY, and, in fact, LON WORTH i a ~ CRO~W COMPANY, was si.mply servicing the mortgage owned by FEDERAL g ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ . ~ ~ LAW OFFICEB ~ WILLES, BITTAN ec WILLES f' J pA~~~Q{~ P.
