The rights and remedies herein provided General and/or

i Safeco shall be in addition to and not in substitution for the

rights and remedies which would otherwise be vested in Genera2

and/or Safeco in the premises, all of which rights and remedies

are especia22y reserved to it. Nothing herein contained or
done pursuant hereto shall be construed to limit or in any way
j~ modify any of the present or future rights of General and/or
Safeco under the application and Agreement of indemnity herein-

ii a~ove referred to, or to enlarge any obligations of General and/o
i Safeco under or in connection with any one or more of the bonds
