1974, recorded in O.R. Book 228, Page 1700, of the Public Records
of St. Lucie County, Florid~,
AiZD WNEREAS, following hearing and trial before the Court
' without intervention of a jury, the Court~finding that the Defend-
ant Counter Plaintiffs, JAMES NANNA anii~~1ARY HANNA, are indebted
to the Plaintiff Counter Defendant, JAt•1ES D. REVELLE, in amount of
$1807.98 damages, together with costs of $33.00, and tha~ Plaintiff
Counter Defendant, J~tIES D. REVELLE, is indebted to the Defendant
~ Counter Plaintiffs, JAMES HANNA and i•fARY HANNA, in the sum of $283.00,
which juci~ments being set out in separate ins~ruments
~ IT IS TIIEREFORE ordered by the Court that the "Final Judg-
ment" recorded in O.R. IIook 228, Page 1110, and the "Arnended Ordcr~~
recorded in O.R. Eook 228, Page 1700, be set asi~e and the above
