FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa- tion organized under the laws of Lhe United States of America, is now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages • and the notes secured thereby, to-wit: A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, '1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust: securing s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page 2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~ encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein more particularly described; as amended by Modification of Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, mnending the sum secured by an additional princi pal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, rrhich - Modtficatlon of Mortgage Deed Nas recorded in Official Record Sook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and .
