AMENDMENT TO MORTGAG~
WI~RTsAS, vn July 28, 1975, BBRNARD F. SISCO and B$YBRLY T.
ISCO, AIS WIFS, gave a mortgage to the JENSLN B}~ACH BANK, said
ortgage being recorded in Official Records Book 242, page 1778,
t. Lucie County, Florida, public records, and,
WI~RSAS, said mortgage covered Lots 6 and Block 4, CORAL
OVB BSACH, SECTION 1, accordiag to the Plat thereof recorded in
lat Book 11, Page 30A and 30B, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
ounty, Florida, and,
WH$RTAS, the mortgagors have requested that Lot 5 of Block
of said subdivision be substituted for Lot Block 4.
NOW, T~REFORE, FOR AND IN CON3IDSRATION of the mutual
romises made herein, and $10.00 and other valuable considerations
aid to JSNSEN BEACH BANK, it is agreed as follows:
~ 1. The Jensen Beach Bank does hereby remise, release,
uit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and operatioa of
aid mortgage unto the said BSRNARD F. SISCO aad BEVERLY T. SISCO,
is wife, Lot Block 4, CORAL COVS BEACH, SSCTION l, according
o the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 30A and 30B,
f the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
~ 2. The Parties do hereby agree that the land encumbered by
