THIS CAUSE coming on before me upon joint motion for entry
of an Order For Costa And Fees, the Court being fully advised of the

stipulation between..counsel for the Plaintiff and couasel for the
Defendant, JOS$PHINS BROWN and EDGAR A. SRaWN, as Co-Sxecutors of
~ the Estate of EDGAR R. BRUWN, deceased, owners of Parcela Nos. 102
and ~O1 herein, and, pursuant to said stipulation,,it is,
ORDERED AND ADJt1DGED as follows:
1. That aaid Defendants be, and they are hereby, awarded
for attorneys fees in defense of Parcels Nos. 102 and 801 herein.
the sum of ten thousand six hundred and no/100 ($10,600.00) dollars,
which shall be payable directly to Raymond 8. Ford, Attorney at Law,
P. O. Box 3307, Fort Pierce, Florida, 33450.
2. That said Defendants be, and they are hereby, awarded
the total sum of nine thousand six llundred eighty-nine and 32/100
($9,689.32) dollars for costs incurred by them in the defense of
Parcels Nos. 102 and SOl herein, which shall be payable directly to
