This cause coming on.this day to be heard upon the motion
to disburse funds filed herein by the defendant Loretta E. Wagner,
and the court havinq considered said motion and the objections to
said motian filed herein bv the intervenors, Nicholas U. Wagner
and Aelen W, Wagner, his wife, and having heard arguments by
counsel and noted the cited authority presented, and being fully
advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJODGED as fo2lows:
1. That of the funds now held by the Clerk of this Court.
amounting to $23,570.30, the following shall be disbursed imme-
