HomeMy WebLinkAbout1978 . d. The aum of $2,000 payable to John Gaudiosi, Esquire, for costa advanced on behalf of the defendant Loretta S. Waqner in this action and in other leqal actions before this Court. e. The sum of $139 to Fee, Parker & Fee, P.A., as attorneys' fees and costa adjudqed due and owing. f. The sum of $5,089.63 to the defendant, Loretta E. Waqner. 2. That following disbursement of the sums specified in the immediately precedinq paraqraph to the parties entitled thereto, there shall remain in the Registry of this Court the sum of $14,000 which the Court finds to be impressed with an equitable lien in favor of the intervenors, Nicholas U. Waqner and Helen W. Wagner, his wife. S~id sum shall continue to be held by the Clerk in the Reqistry of this Court and shall be disbursed in annual installments of $1,200 by the Clerk, the first installment to be paid November 23, 1976. 3. That the provisions of the immediately preceding para- graph, desxgned to assure that the intervenors will ultiiaately receive all sums due them, will be modified by this Court either upon mutual aqreement of the parties subject to this order or upori presentation to the Court of an alternative plan of disposition of said fund, providing similar protection to the intervenors hetein. - Done and Ordered at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida this day of November, 1975.
