The undersiqned Clerk of Circuit Court certifies that
notice of public sale of the property described in the Final
JudcJment of Foreclosure was published in the News Tribune, a
newspaper circulated in St. Lucie County, Florida, in the manner
shown by the Proof of Publication filed in this cause and on the
day of November , 1975, the property was
offered for public sale to the higheat and best bidder for cash.
The hiqhest and best bid received for the property was submitted
by GOVER'~IMENT NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION
in the amount of $ 100.00 , to whom the property was sold. The
proceeds of the sale are retained for distribution in accordance
with the Final Judqment of Foreclosure.
