BEFORE N~, the undersigned authority, this day personally
appeared AVANELLS SNODDY who upon first beinq duly sworn, did
depose and say: ~
1. That she ia the unremarried surviving spouse of
WILLIAM P. SNODDY, who departed this life on September 9, 1975.
2. That she and the said Wiliiam P. Snoddy were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
by Joseph Bennett and Mary Bennett, his wife, to William P. Snoddy
and Avanelle Snoddy, dated July 21, 1970, recorded in O.R. Book
185, paqe 2835, public records of St. Lucie County, wherein
the above described Parcel~I was conveyed.
3. That she and the said Wiliiam P. Snoddy were the
grantees in that certain warranty deed of conveyance executed
~ by Frank R. Cowan and Nancy H. Cowan, his wife, to William P. Snoddy

i and Avanelle Snoddy, dated-August 31, 19T2, recorded in O.R. Book
206, page 972, public records of St. Lucie County, wherein
the above described Parcel II was conveyed. ~
4. That on the dates of the aforementioned_conveyances,
she was married to the said William P. Snoddy and that said
marital relationship continued without interruption until the
death of the said William P. Snoddy.
Further affiant sayeth not. '
