COMMISSIONTRS' DEED
This Indenture, made this ~ day of November, 1975,
between EMORY C. TEEL, III, DAVID B. DOUGLASS, and NATHAN j
MARTIN, as Commissionera in Partition, Parties of the first y,;~

WHSREAS, the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judicial
Circuit, St. Lucie County, Florida, on the 16th day of
June, 1975, among other things ordered in a certain cause
then pending in the said Court, between ROBERT P. DIMMETZ`, as
Plaintiff, and SHIRLTsY J. MOOSE, as Defendant, that the
premises mentioned in said Order, and hereinafter particularly
described, be sold by said Co~maissioners at public auction, the
said Commissioners first giving at least seven (7) days notice
of the time and place of sale in a newspaper published in ~
St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the said Commissioners, pursuant to said Order
did on the 16th day of September, 1975, sell at public auction
the premises hereinafter particularly described, havinq first
given previous notice of the time and place of sale, with a
description of the said premises aqreeable to the Order aforesaid;
at which sale the said premises were sold to the said party of
the second part for the swa of $50,100 that beinq the hiqhest
sum bidden for the same; and
WHEREAS, said sale has been approved by said Court and
said Commissioners have been ordered to convey said premises
to party of the second party by Commissioners' Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, this Indenture Witnesseth: That the
said Commissioners, in order to carry into effect the said sale
so made as aforesaid said Order of Sale, in consideration of
the premises and of the said sum of $50,100 paid at the time
of the execution hereof by the said party of the second
part to the said Commissioners, the receipt whereof
~ aliened, released, conveyed and confirraed, and by these presents
~ do grant, barqain and sell, alien, release, convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and
assigns forever, the certain parcel.of land in the County of -
St. Lucie, State of Florida, described as follows:
Lots 1,2,3 and the East 30 feet of Lot 4, Block 72, .
White City Subdivision, and beginning at the
Northeast corner of Lot 1, run North 10 feet, thence
run Southwesterly to the Northeast corner of Lot 3,
thence East to point of beginning, per plat book 1,
page 31, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the rights, members,
privileges, hereditaments and appurtenances to the same be-
longing or in anywise appertai~ i~~~~~,,0/_0~o9-oad/~/~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD all an~ s~ingular the said premises
above mentioned and described, and hereby granted and conveyed,
or intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, to the -
only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party of the
second part,'their heirs and assigns forever.
