and being in St. Lucie County, Florida; LESS and EXCEPT those portions
thereof conveyed to the State of Florida by Quit-Claim Deed recorded
in Deed Book I59, at Page 65, and conveyed to FLORIDA STATE TURNPIRE
AUTHORITY by Warranty Deed recorded in Official Itecords Book 35, at
Page 471, both of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. None of the aforementioned properties has ever been a part
of my Homestead and that, in fact, I never resided on any of said
properties nor on any property adjoining the subject properties.
