In the event of the demise of GOLDIE SAX, "Mortyagor", the
unpaid principal balance of the Note and the Mortqaqe which secures
same shall, as of the date of death of said GOLDIE SAX, be deemed
forqiven. ~
The Mortgagee agrees that in the event of a default on this
Note and Mortqage arid a foreclosure thereon, the Mortgagee shall
look solely to the property which this Mortqage secures in payment
of the obligation and will not seek a deficiency decree against
Mortgagor.
In the event Title to the property which secures this Mortgage
is sold, conveyed or transferred in any manner whatsoever, the
entire unpaid balance as of the date of transfer shall iaunediately
become due and payable.~
