BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared WALTER CHAR~ES
VITUNAC, who first being duly sworn o~ oath deposes and says as follcws:
1. That he ts the sor~ of Ct~arles John'Vitunac and Anna R.
Vitunac and 1s personally familiar with the affeirs of
said parties and said pa~ties were the owne~s and holde~s
of a certain mortgage recorded on March 3, 1958 in Mortgaga
~ Book i45, Pages 54 throuqh 5b, of the P~b~ic Records of St.
Lucie Cainty, Florida.
2. That the afo~esaid parties were mar~ied on or about
June 1, 1915 and continuousiy maintatned the relationship
of husband and wife until the death of Charles J. Vitunac
on June 3, 1960.
3. That the Estate of Cha~les J. Vitunac was not subject to ~
Federal Estate Taxes nor to Pennsylvania inheritance taxes,
and no returns were, therefore, due or filed.
