KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a natianal banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the not~s secured thereby, to-wit: .
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187,~Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Luc1e County , Florida,
encwnbering certain lands in St. Lucie County. Florida tfierein
aare particularty described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Oeed. dated October 4, 1972, araending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, rrhich
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Recqrds of St.
lucie County, Florida; and
NHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram th~ lien and operation of said _
mortgage; ~
NOW, TNEREFORE,-First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the swn of Sixteen Thousand Two Nundred FiftY~1RS 00

lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
