FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 12th day of November,
1975. and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DIS30LUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between LIBORIO
W. LoRUSSO and PATRICIA LoRUSSO be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are t~ereby forever freed from the

bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

~ obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTQDY. Custody of LISA LoRUSSO, LEE LoRUSSO, LLOYD
:
LoRUSSO, and LANCE LoRUSSO, minor children of the parties, is hereby
~ awarded to PATRICIA LoRUSSO, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to LIBORIO W. LoRUSSO.
~ 3. SUPPORT. Com~nencing the 14th day of November, 1975,
LIBORIO W. LoRUSSO shall pay to PATRICIA LoRUSSO the sum of $60.00
per week, to be allocated at $15.OQ per child per week as child support.
Each pay~ent shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptlq to PATRICIA LoRUSSO. In addition there is
hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to
~ each payment made to the Clerk. All payments-shall be made in cas, money
order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at
all times while this Order is in effect.
