4. PRpPERTY. The Separation and Property Settle~meat
Agreement e~cecuted by the partiea on~~~~...~,.r 1975 ~ and introduced
into evidence to be marked "Wifa's 8xhibit No. 1" was freely entered ~
into by the partiea after a full discloaure and under the circum-
stances that appear from the evidence to be~for the best interest
for the parties and their children; and in its entirety, the Agreement
is incorporated by reference into this Judgment, and the parties .
are ordered to complq with ~11 terms of the Agreement. ~
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with~ harassing or annoying
the other.
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
~
hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
proper.
