ORDER FOR TEMPORARY CUSTODY
This cause came on to be heard on November 12, 197~pon
the Husband's motion to modify the Final Judyment, seekinq
custody of the two minor children, Victoria Lynn Wells and
Amy Elizabeth Wells, and counsel for the Wife having filed a
Motion For Continuance based upon the fact he would be without
the state, and counsel for the Husband having objected to a
continuance, and the Court having heard testimony on behalf of
the Husband and finding that it is to the best interests of the
minor children that their temporary custody be com~itted to the
Husband until a full hearing could be had, and the Court being
f fully advised in the premises, it is therefore

i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

; p ry custody of Victoria Lynn Wells and
~ Am Elizabeth Wells, minor children of the ~
~ y parties hereto, be -
~ committed to the Husband, Richard G. Wells, pending further
hearing in the above entitled cause.
~ 2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
~ are hereby directed to forthwith take the_minor children, Victoria
~ Lynn Wells and Amy Elizabeth Wells, into custody wherever they may

~ be found and forthwith deliver the said minor children to the
Husband, Richard G. Wells, and are further directed to render such
~
~
~ assistance to the Husband, Richard G. Wells, as may be necessary to
~
~ insure the Wife's compliance with this Order without further order
~ .
