3. That counsel for either party, upon proper notice,
may reset the above entitled cause for further hearinq upon the
Husband's motion for penaanent change of custody.
4. The Huaband, Richard G. Wells, shall not be re-
quired to make any further payments to the Wife, Doris J. Wells,
for the support and maintenance of the two minor children above
' ss named so lonq as they are in hia care and custody.
