A I'd say upon the failure

I think it calls for a resolutian of one of the ultimate issues
involved in the trial of this matter.
MR. BRENNAN: I want to find out what his view of the whole issv~e
is.

MR. BRATTON: Well, I think that is what this whole case is all
about. I think it is an ultimate fact to be determined by a
trial of the issues in this cause.
MR. BRENNAN: Okay. Well, are you instructing him not to
answer?

ties within 3ust a short time, a matter of a few years, over

A Well, we built some hotels and built some office buildings,

~ immaterial. it doesn't go to the size of the property,
' doesn't go to the acreage, which is the only thing that is ~
