A Yes. This has precipitated a lot of other lawsuits.
Q How has this precipitated other lawsuits?
A Well,
MR. BRATTON: I would have to ob~ ect to the question, I think
it is irrelevant and immaterial. I would instruct the witness
not to answer it.
2. All other questions which were included in the C~rtificate
of Notary Public Certifying Questions to the Court from Deposition
of Warren McFadden, dated Nove~er 3, 1975 prepared by Delorea L.
Parker, CSR, were suatained by the Court and the defendant WARREN
McFADDEN is not required to answer same.
3. Costs in the amount of $77.00 incurred by plaintiff relating
to the Notary's Certificatian and the Motion for Order Compelling
Discovery and Award of Expenses filed by plaintiff in this matter,
are taxed against the defendant WARREN McFADDEN, and defendant
WARREN McFADDEN is ordered to pay same to Spencer B. Gilbert. Attorney
for the Plaintiffs.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this
