The above itemized sums are now due and owing to
defendant, WABASSO SAND AND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, and in addition
such further swns as may be paid by said defendant for court "

4. That the defendant, WABASSO SAND AND DEVELOPMENT
COMPANY, has a lien to secure the payment of the above itemized
