This cause came on for trial the 12th day of November,

{levidence and the attorneys for both parties havinq announced ~j

;`to the Court that an agreement had been reached wherein all claims

!;by the wife for both personal and real property have been settled y

+iand agreed to between the parties and that the husband would ~

`ireturn the engaqement ring to the wife and would pay the sum ~
'fof $1,000.00 (One Thousand Dollars} within thirty (30) days from ~

` the entry of this Final Judqment to the law f irm of Bryan, ~

~;Roblegard and B=own in trust for the wife and the Court finding ~

; ,
; and determining that this Court has jurisdiction of the parties ~
;:and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband ~
~
~:and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage '

' ~ between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be -

! dissolved. It is thereupon
~ . ORDSRED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ;

(1) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

! MICHAEL CHARLES HOGUE and CANDY HAMBLETON HOGLIE be and the same ~
is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby `
forever freed from the bonds of matrinany heretofore existing

~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

_ (2) PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement
~
~ stipulated to between the attorneys for both parties is approved
r

; and adopted as a part of this Final Judgment by reference. ;
