RESOLUTION NO. 75-112
WHERSAS, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County,
Florida held a public hearinq on the 4th day of November, 1975,
after first publishing a notice of said hearinq in the News Tribune
at Fort Pierce, Florida on the 20th day of October, 1975 on cloainq,
vacating and abandoninq that portion of the following described
right of way, and renouncing and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie
County and the public in and to the lands lyinq within that portion
of said right of way in St. Lucie County, Florida described as follows:
The East 30 feet of the approximately 50 feet right
of way lyinq immediately adjacent to the west lines
of Lot 6 and 7 in Block 6 and Lot 3 and the "lake
area" in Block ~8, Rep~at of Palm Gardens, Plat Book
12, page 42, excepting, however, the right of ways
for Johnson, Ashley and Hosbine Streets.
and,
WHEREAS, at said public hearing there were no objections to
closing, vacating and abandoninq said right of way and renouncing
and disclaiming any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and
to the lands lying within said right of way, and in the opinion of
the Board of County Commissioners, it is to the best interest of the
public to close, vacate and abandon said road and disclai.m and
renounce any right of St. Lucie County and the public in and to the
lands lying within said right of way.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commis-
' sioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, in meeting assembled this

j 1. That portion of a public road in St. Lucie County, F~orida s
described as follows: ~
