line 1,060 feet to a Point of Beginninq; thence run South parallel
with the West line of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 475 feet; thence
run Sast 260 feet more or less, to the West right-of-way of ~
Trowbridqe Road; thence run North along the West riqht-of-way of
Trowbridqe Road 475 feet to the South line of the right-of-way of
State Road 68, also known as Oranqe Avenue Extension; thence run
West 260 feet more or less, alonq said right-of-way line to the ~
