That part of Tract 8 of a Resubdivision of Surora Neights, as per plat
thereof on file in Ptat Book 7, at page 14, of tha pubtic racords of St.
Lucie County, Florida, more pa~ticutarty described as follows, to-wit:
Begin at the Northeast oorner of Tract 8 where it intersects the W~est
right of way line of State Road #4 as shown on the aforesaid ptat,
(said State Road #4 as shown on said plat is noM? known as Ridgehaven
Road), and run southeasterly along said right of M?ay line 264.84 feet
to the point of beginning; thence turn and run West 110.35 f~at to a
point, thence turn and run South 75 feet to a point, thenca t~~ and
run East 140.67 feet to the bbst right of way line of Stata Road #4
as shown on the aforesaid plat; thence turn and run Northwesterly
along said right of way to the point of beginning.
