ODIFICATION OF ARTICLSS OF' AGRBEMENT

WHERTAS, W. J. PIOWP,TY and JOHN JSSSE THOMAS and his wife,
QUEENIS MAF THOMAS, entered into certain Articles of Agreement
dated September 1, 1962, recorded in Official Record Book 4S, at
page 156, of the publ~ic records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and,
WHEREAS, W. J. PIa9+TATY transferred the title to his in-
terest in the property mentioned in the Articles of Agreement and
described hereinbelow, to JAMES W. PIOWATY and SUN BANK OF ST.
~
LUCIE COUNTY, formerly St. Lucie County Bank, Fort Pierce, Florida,
as Trustees of the WZLLIAM J. PIOWATY REVOCABLS TRUST dated June
20, 1967, and,
WHEREAS, said property, which•was the subject of said
Articles of Agreement, and is the subject of this Modification
Agreement, is described as follows: ~M~s~ .

~ The South 30 feet of Lot 8 and the North 45 feet
of Lot 9, Block 2, BIAKELY SUBDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 10, paqe 50, of
the public records of St. I.ucie County, Florida,
also known as 1808 North 16th Court, Fort Pierce,
Florida, and,
WHEREAS, QUEENIE MAE THOMAS died September 2, 1963, in
Palm Beach County, Florida, a certified copy of the death certifi-

; cate of QUEENIE MAE THOMAS being attached hereto as "Exhibit A",

I and by reference made a part hereof, and,

k WHEREAS, JOHI~i JESSE THOMAS desires to obtain $800.00 from

~ the Trustees and is willing to have the interest rate on the

~ Articles of Agreement increased from 796 to 996, effective imme-

! NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual

~ promises of the parties hereto, it is hereby agreed as follows:

an additional $800.00 to JOHN JESSE THOMAS, which the
~ parties hereto agree will. immediately increase the
