the interest rate of the origfnal Articles of Agree- -

naw due of $2,268.87 will be canputed at 996 from
this day forward=
2. The parties hereto further aqree that the iaonthly
paymente of $82.00 shall remain constant as well as
all other provisiona of the Articlea of Agreement
mentioned I~ereinabove and~ tliat JO~T JESS$ THOMAS
will pay all costs and feea inc3Cdent to the prepara-
tion and recordinq of this Modification Agreement.
