above decreed, together with all sums hereiasbove awarded Plaintiff for

8. If said property shall sell for rriore than enough ta pay all of thc
above sums. then the Clerk shall retaia such additional sums in the Registry
of this Court and shall report same to this Court for further order of th~
Court. If said property shall sell for an amount insufficient to pay the
amounts hereinabove ordered paid, the Clerk shall report such deficiency
to this Court for euch further orders as the Court shall deem proper.
9. Should a~ sile of the above described property by the Clerk of
this Court be held and the Plaintiff bid thereat, it shall be entitled to a
credit on account of its bid for all sums adjudicated and ordered hercin to
be paid to it. without the necessity of delivering to the Clerk of this Court
the amount of ite bid. provided. that if Plaintiff shall bid in said property
for rriore than the amounts adjudicated and ordered herein to be paid to it.
then Plaintiff shall~deliver to said Clerk the a~mount by which its bid exceeds
~ the amount adjudicated snd ordered herein to be paid to it. Should Plaintiff
bid in said property, it shatll pay to the Clerk the costs of publishing the
~ Notice of Sale and the fees and charges of the Clerk of this Court, if Plaintiff's
~ bid shall not re sult in sufficient cash to pay the se item s.

~ 10. After the eale of said property, the Clerk shall promptly file

~ herein his Certificate of Sale, and, if no objection" to said sale be filed
~ wiihin ten (10) days thereafter~ said Clerk shall thereupon file herein a
~ Certificate of Title and shall make disbursements of the proceeds of the
~ sale in accordance with the provisions of this Decree, and shall thereupun
~
{ file herein his report of diabursements, all as provided by law.
