FLORIDA CASE NO. 74-593 C.A. ~ IN RS: THE MARRIAGE OF - RANDY LEE PENDLETON, Husband and BARBARA PENDLETON, Wife ORDER ON CUSTODY OF CHILD This cause cominq on to be heard on November 12, 1975 upon the Husband's Petition to Modify Final Judgment as to custody of the minor child, Candy Lee Pendleton, and the Court having heard testimony of each of the parties and argument of counsel in behalf of each party, and being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. The Wife, Barbara Pendleton, shall be entitled to ~ have the custody of the minor child, Candy Lee Pendleton, from , I two p.m. on November 12, 1975 until two p.m. on December 12, 1975. i The Wife shall bear the expense of transporting the child from Ft. ~ Pierce to Galliver Community west of Crestview, Florida. The ~ Husband shall bear the expense of transporting the child on ~ ~ ~ December 12, 1975 from Galliver Com~nunity to Ft. Pierce, Florida. ~ 2. Commencing June 1, 1976 the Wife shall be entitled to ~ ~ have the custody of the mi.nor child, Candy Lee Pendleton, from June ~ 1 to July 1 of each year and from November 1 to December 1 of each ~ year at the Wife's residence until further order of this Court. The ~ Wife shall be responsible for the expense of transporting the child ~ ~ ~ from Ft.
